Live Longer

My dad has long been advised to always reduce cholesterol in his diet because he is hypertensive, particularly the bad one as it creates health complications such as heart disease. So it goes for everyone to always take care of your health, take care of your heart!
I myself have been told to eat less or moderate eating beef, pork, poultry, cheese, egg yolks and shrimp which are high in cholesterol content if I wanna live longer and stay away from health concerns. There are cholesterol treatments out there that will help you achieve this goal. There are a few that can effectively reduce bad cholesterol and get your cholesterol levels in a normal level. They are the ones that provide not only promise, but effective results therefore you can avoid cholesterol related and heart related concerns.
For others, they also try Therapeutic Lifestyle Changes or TLC by having a TLC diet which is food low in saturated fat, trans fat, and dietary cholesterol, increase your daily physical activity, and manage weight for people whose cholesterol level is above their goal. I remember my dad was always remind before to live longer, lower your cholesterol. Thank goodness for these treatments, he is still living longer together with other people who have the same concerns. I wish and pray with my heart’s desire that I don’t have the same conern though so I can live longer with my family especially with my precious lil boy.
