Round Fried Mashed Potato

I truly missed the taste of this yummy round shaped fried mashed potato from a Thai restaurant here where we have eaten before. It has been quite sometime since we have been there. Actually this was taken during our first time to dine in that Thai resto in the city. Since the lil boy love potatoes and we could not decide what he would want from the menu, so we tried this out. It turned out to be a hit for the three of us. We loved it and we even brought home what we could not consume and continued to eat it again at home. It was delicious and we did not regret ordering this yummy food. It is my first time to eat this kind of cooking mashed potato. Glad we tried it and would order it next time we get to eat there again.  By the way this is my entry for the photo theme for this Thursday.
