Sports and Beyond

A lot of people are into sports and there are far more a lot of people who love to follow and watch sports events. My dear hubby is fan of football, soccer, boxing and baseball. Every major sports event is a major event that people particularly sports fanatics look forward to not to miss watching their favorite team sports.

With sports comes also sports betting and I come across before with the sports betting spot. I think one out of four Americans do bet on a particular sport event. In the state of Nevada where an old friend used to live, she tells me some of her friends used to bet on sports where it is legally operated there.There are people who go for basketball betting and dear hubby has also mentioned one time last month about the existence of NFL football betting on which he even explained a little to me to give me an idea on how it goes. Pizza Hut’s New Country Pork Chops

Just got to try Pizza Hut’s New Country Pork Chops to satisfy the delight of my heart in trying out a new dish from Pizza Hut however in my opinion, it did not meet my expectation pork-wise. The crunchiness of the coating was good but it peeled off easily from the pork chop leaving it bare, hard to chew and didn’t taste much at all. Maybe it was not thawed well and lacks marinade? Oh well I don’t know! I am not expert in cooking this country style pork chop. But comparing it to other pork chops in other restaurants, I expected something else. Anyway, this might be the first and last time I get to eat this new dish from one of our fave pizza restos in town. Might as well stick to our other fave dishes there.

Vintage

I was going through some beautiful vintage lighting fixtures and other vintage hardware at an online store that my dear sister asked me to look at so I can tell her my opinion on a couple of outdoor light fixtures that she wants to purchase and place on the side of her front door. I will email her tomorrow what my thoughts are on those two pieces she wants me to choose from. Because I found myself browsing through the beautiful ceiling medallions as well as on the glass light and lamp shades. I was thinking of replacing the old lamp shade that we have in the little kid’s room which is about to give up I think. Vintage or not as long as I like it and it will function for a long period of time, that will be fine for me!
