Faster, Better

We love and are delighted by the idea that our favorite supermarket opened a new branch so near our place. We  did our grocery there recently since we need some stuff for our home. We noticed though that new mall’s supermarket should check one of their barcode scanners. Yesterday, the cashier counter next to us was having problems in scanning the code that the customer, who seems to be in a hurry after waiting in the long line, almost canceled most of the stuff they were going to buy.

Given this equipment should make the transactions faster and better, there are times that I could say it does not really make a difference if the cashier would just manually input the code into the POS if the scanner makes an error. Malls should really use those quality and reliable bar code scanners like those that I was browsing at the other day. Efficient equipment will ensure faster, better  and smoother processing of transactions that customers will truly be delighted with.
