Enjoying School

It brings me so much heart’s delight to hear my little boy enjoying school as he would happily mention going to school to see his teachers Ms. J and Ms. K. There is no hassle in making him go to school. He loves playing with his classmates and other kids after school that it is not easy to convince him to go home immediately unless maybe every other child has gone home ahead. Sometimes during weekends, he would ask in the morning when he wakes up if he is going to school, we have to say by Monday! *wink*

I pray that he will learn a lot of good things in school and only good things from now on.

Answered Prayer

It is to my heart’s delight that my somewhat financially troubled mommy friend right now had an answered prayer indeed for she  was having some enrollment blues as she would call it. Good thing she was able to avail of some payday loans for the initial tuition fee payment for her two children in school while her husband who works abroad was still not able to send some money due to delayed payday.

School will start by next week  for public schools here or the week after for private or other schools here. Parents with children going to school who are financially tight at this time could really use some help of those loans for enrollment and school supplies and other school requirements too.

I just feel blessed that so far we are able to pay off by installment the tuition of our child starting as early as January of this year for the coming school year since we availed of early enrollment where the M school gave discounted and zero-increase tuition rates to old students.

Two More Days

Two more days of school and summer vacation break starts for the little boy. We also get to rest from going to school and the everyday hustle and bustle in preparing the little guy for school as well. But he won’t be that idle or be all rest, fun and play this summer.

We will be enrolling him for the offered summer camp class by their school that will start in a few weeks time. At least he will still be productive this summer and it was also recommended by his montessori teacher to help him develop more on some areas that he needs supplement. The next two days will be busy for me because it is just me and the little boy while I have pending work to rush as well in next two days. Summer vacation will be my motivation that the next two days will just pass by like a breeze.

Familiar Faces

Hubby and I are delighted to see more familiar faces in our kid’s school. Two couples we know because of photography are trying out the school where our little boy goes to for their toddler’s school next school year. I am also surprised to know that the mom of another kid in school that we know is in fact a schoolmate way back in college. We have known each other since we both enrolled our kids at the same day at the start of this school year. I don’t know but I cannot remember her maybe because she is as healthy as me already though she had looked familiar to me too when we first met more a year ago in the preschool.  Read the rest of this entry »
