Info I bumped into someone I knew when I was still working in the corporate world. We just passed by each other at the grocery yesterday and she surprised me when she hugged me excitedly and said that I looked smaller now. Yes that was the term she used to describe how I lost weight somehow since we last saw each other a few months back.
I was delighted to hear that coming from her who is really particular about what she eats and she goes to the gym every week as far as I can remember. She even told me then the last time we met after I have already resigned that there are weight loss pills that work which I could try. She was the one who told me, aside from her weekly gym workout, she also stopped eating rice for three months and she has no more sweets in her diet. I may be bale to eat without rice but somehow I think I would still crave for other forms of carbo somehow. I tried not having rice but I ended up eating more pasta and pizza since the boys love pizza too so much.
Anyway, I am really glad to hear from here that I am smaller not as thin as I was before I got married but at least smaller compared to when we last met. I know she didn’t mean my height so it must be my weight and body size. That is a compliment for me and at least someone noticed the result of the effort of eating less. Thank you!

I want some ice cream now! The super hot weather outside, as I was walking home after sending the little boy to school, reminds me of the ice cream we bought the other day. It has not been opened yet and so I might be the only one interested in it right at this moment. However, the thought about those fat burners that my sis also asked me this morning made me stop and think for awhile.
Oh yes this ice cream should not come inside my mouth but my heart and my tummy will be delighted if I eat it. Might as well eat just a little of the ice cream. It is of my favorite flavor ~ cheese!
Anyway, I think when I get to fetch the little boy late in school hopefully i would burn out more fats while walking to school in the scorching heat of the sun this afternoon. So let’s have some ice cream!

Info Sleepless nights or should I call them less sleep nights instead and I could see I might be needing some eye cream for dark circles plus those that removes these eyebags I have for quite sometime now. They say those dark circles are one of the most obvious signs of problems around our eyes. The question for me is which eye cream will actually help me remove those dark circles around my eyes.
It isn’t easy spending so much hard earned money to solutions that does not really work effectively and is not safe to use. It may even cause me more sleepless nights which is the last thing I need right now.
