Delighted with the Service

Having a food service job can be no easy job especially when you work for a popular fast food restaurant. I am just delighted with the service that we have received from a fast food chain that recently opened a new branch in the new mall in the city. We actually ate there for the second time tonight more because our kid likes their cheesy garlic bread. I tasted it for the first time and yes I like it too.

Service has been great so far and I hope they keep it up. I made that remark when they handed out a customer comment form to us tonight. I remember going through those list of Food Service Assistant Jobs once before as in many years ago when a cousin of mine wanted to have a summer job so he can save money for something that he wants to buy without having to ask money from his parents. Getting a job in this line of food service demands patience and you got to really love your job.

Starbucks Red Cups Are Here Finally!

My heart was delighted that the Starbucks red cups are here finally! I really did not miss yesterday when it came out for the first time in the first Starbucks in our city. My dear hubby knows I wanted to collect one just for a simple souvenir. Yes that simple happiness can be for a Starbucks fan like me. But I am more of a fan of their stuff than their coffee to be honest.

Starbucks Red Cups

Starbucks Coffee red cups coming soon for Christmas 2011. Am I excited? Yes for honestly it is the first Christmas of Starbucks in our city. It just opened this year and so it may just be the first time too that I would get to have a red cup from Starbucks coffee.

I am looking forward as well to their peppermint mocha coffee if that’s the one they usually serve during the Christmas holidays or that Toffee Nut Latte. I know there is one coffee for Christmas that I have not tasted yet. Yes it’s still all new to me. I’m not sorry but am happy and excited to my heart’s delight!

Cupcakes

I am really craving for cupcakes at this hour! It is really way so early in the morning in this part of my world right now. If I am not mistaken yesterday was something like a national cupcake day. And before I knew it I was looking into different kinds of delicious cupcakes to recipes that I wish to try one day.

These small cakes are just so delightful to eat! Called in British English as fairy cake; in Australian English as patty cake or cup cake, I am starting to think now of where I could probably buy some or a few of these in the morning. Yes I am indeed craving for it now seriously.

There was also a birthday celebration of one of the girls in school yesterday and they served cupcakes instead of the traditional whole/big birthday cake. Read the rest of this entry »
