Let’s run they say! I wish I can still run as much as I used to but I think I better start walking first before running. As a sport or hubby, one can get a lot of benefits from running like it burns calories, improves the cardiovascular system and increases the circulation of blood in your body. I may not have been a runner but I can walk long distances.
For me, I now have to consider if I can still run since it is a high impact exercise and I think health-wise I need low-impact exercises for now. But I always wish to be able to run not just for exercise but it would be a fun activity to do with the little boy and hubby on weekends.

Occasion It is the first day of September and with the BER months coming means the start of the Christmas season here and the weather will be cooler hopefully. Our neighbor has started preparing for Christmas by cleaning their home for relatives abroad coming home to spend their Christmas vacation here. I saw the mother bringing out some stuff from their basement which their are arranging to put other stuff from another room in the house for the guests.
She was even mentioned she was looking for a basement dehumidifier as they have been having a problem with their basement as this place usually has poor ventilation so its cooler there resulting to higher relative humidity and the end result of which is the dreaded mold! I just learned that molds can harm our health causing migraines even worse effects are respiratory problems. Not to mention the unwanted musty smell it produces. Come to think of it, I have been looking for a dehumidifier too for our room. I heard it also help reduce the workload on your air conditioner. We also have some sort of allergies that attacks us upon waking up. Must be the aircon, molds, dust and other possible allergens in the house. Need cleaning too in preparation for Christmas as well.

Thoughts Early to bed, early to rise indeed. While for some sleeping at around ten in the evening is already late, for me and the kind of work that I do, that was still early. So when I got the chance to finish work early last night and since the little boy has already slept earlier, I decided to reward myself by sleeping two to three hours earlier than my already usual sleeping hours.
Now since I slept at least two hours earlier last night, I also found myself waking up at quarter to five in the morning and ready to start the day about two hours earlier too. But it is bed to rest early and I should keep that in mind for it is good for the heart!

Thoughts Rest and relaxation are two things I want to do when I get a break from work. Though there is more work waiting which I am so grateful for but I need a breather somehow and catch up on a little sleep or should I say make up for less sleep over the past few days that is. A trip to the beach in the island across the city would be a good thing to do for rest and relaxation or even just being able to visit my parents would be a great diversion for now especially for the little boy. Okay I got to do more work for now. Thank you Lord!

Thoughts I am thankful that there is an outpour of blessings and I am blessed to be busy with work constantly. I am oh so grateful too to a good friend who grabbed opportunites of work for me in the weee hours of the morning! I was dead tired then and was watching the little boy’s fever not to go up anymore than the 38 plus that I last took of his temperature. I am not feeling well myself as well but I won’t let this blessings pass by. Thank you friend and thank you Lord!

Thoughts I have done enough work for now while the little boys is still sleeping and while dear hubby is cathcing up on his lack of sleep from work. I am going to go back to bed for a little while and take that much needed power nap so to speak to re-energize my mind and brain. I need more thinking later on and it becomes quite challenging to do work while one has a three year old kid looking and needing my attention most of the time.

Health A power nap can do wonders and I just had to take power naps in between working since thi pounding headache won’t let me work straight so I can sleep early and finish work right now. Thank to dear hubby for trying to massage my hair and head. It took away a little of the pain for awhile but still it persisted. I may need to take a painreliever when this does not go away after I sleep tonight.
