When Losing Becomes Delightful

Losing weight is the only time we can think that losing something becomes delightful. I lost a few kilos already since November and during the first few months this year, I am delighted to lose a few more. However this month, I gained back a little weight honestly and I cannot help but think maybe there are ways to help me lose weight more.

A few friends have suggested taking supplements. Though when I read stuff like those side effects of apidextra for example, I would think I have to give myself more time to think about it. But who knows I will try one as long at it is guaranteed safe and effective for losing weight. I really want to lose weight more since the doctor recommended I lose about 8 kilos more. I may need something to achieve that without really having to give up on food that I love.

There are many ways to lose weight without necessarily giving up on eating what you crave for. But when losing weight becomes delightful, I guess you’d be more motivated to exert effort and find ways to lose it even if you still eat what you want. I read recently you don’t have to starve or totally deprive yourself to lose weight. There are ways and I am determined to try those natural and effective ways to lose weight.

I asked the hubby to accompany me to a local store for a quick furniture shopping. For now I can afford those reasonably priced furniture that are truly low cost. It would be to my heart’s delight to do furniture shopping and own in the future a few of those quality, luxury furniture that I have seen in an online store.

Comfortable

It was interesting for the little kid to know that not only humans need comfortable clothing but also animals such as horses that need horse care as well. He was particularly curious when he saw a horse wearing what is called a fly sheet that actually keeps those pesky flies away from them. It is made from a specially developed fabric that withstands the rigors of turnout while protecting the horse from insects with its open weave keeping the horse cool.

He was smiling when we both wondered out loud if there is such one for humans that can also be comfortably work to keep those flies away. Well anything can be made these days to make people and animals comfortable.
