TV Shows The school owners have mentioned and emphasized that it would be good to have no TV for the kids or if it cannot be totally eliminated, the shows should be regulated. A lot of not good things and influence can be seen by a child on TV. There was even a list given by the school of TV shows that we can let the kids watch.
Actually we have hidden the Cartoon Network, Nick Jr and even Disney Channel from the cable channels. For a couple of days a few days ago, the little boy was happy watching the Lifestyle Network channel with me. It is among the channels acceptable by the school standards. My dear sister who loves to cook and following cooking shows would be so delighted to get this for her birthday in a couple of month’s time. She found out about this when I told her while we were watching Ina Garten’s Barefoot Contessa a few month’s back.
I am going to look for this again at the National Bookstore here and I hope they have it. The last time I checked they were out of stock.
Seeing this actually makes me miss watching Barefoot Contessa. I love this cooking show and it is one of my fave shows to watch actually at Lifestyle channel.

TV Shows I am getting my dose of the Martha Stewart Store right now while finally the little boy dozes off to sleep. I have a chore to do right now while I am still stuck to that feeling of doing some work online right now. But I get a little good laugh at the show they have today. Martha was introducing their app sold at $0.99 at iTunes. I am not sure when this episode was actually aired or if this is a replay. I don’t have an iPhone anyway. LOL!
If there is an app for Android for our Tablet and better if it’s free to download, it would truly delight my heart to get it. I’d love to go through their thousand of friendly and easy recipes as Martha just described them. Okay might as well do some multitasking now by doing that chore I need to do and go on watching Martha’s show.
