Cheer Up

Posted under Thoughts

Here is something for a dear friend who is going through tough times with the passing of her dear hubby. I hope she will be able overcome the trial she and her family is going through even at this time. Time will heal the pain and we her friends can only pray that she will have more strength to move on not only for herself but for their child as well. I feel sad I was not able to visit her hubby’s wake but I was only able to offer some prayers for her departed husband and her family yesterday.

Financial Decisions

Posted under Finance, Info

Making decisions cannot be that easy at certain times especially when it comes to making financial decisions that involves investments of money that you have worked hard for to earn and save. One needs to be educated and learn what kind of investment they are getting into before making that decision. A friend has been showing interest in making an investment in gold coins and even bullion which is considered by many to be a unique investment. She has been reading various reliable sources online and making herself educated on this, thanks to United States Gold Bureau where people may go to for their investment needs relating to to precious metals before making those finacial decisions.

Happy Talk

Posted under Lil Boy, Thoughts

The little boy was happily calling and talking to his cousins over the phone earlier today. So to amuse the little boy today when he was a little bored already, hubby dialled the number at my folks house and the cousins chatted away. I could hear the little boy giggling and laughing while he was talking to three of his cousins – two nephews older than him and my eldest niece. He even sang to my niece and somehow we feel a little guilty that we have not gone there recently so they can have time to play together again. We will try if I can finish work early tomorrow then maybe we can visit them otherwise we will just have to find another weekend to do that. I think the little boy called them a few more times before he finally hang up. His face lit up after he was able to talk to them. Hubby and I are sure he really misses them especially when he mentions he mentions one of his fave cousin’s name.

Cash Advances for Instant Gear and Gadget Acquisitions

Posted under Finance, Info, Tech Stuff

Hubby and I love to take photos especially now of those precious moments for our little boy. Though we are far from being professional photographers, we would like to call ourselves as photography enthusiasts and we even once became members of a forum for fanatic photographers here in the city but we are not that active now.

During those times, we were into what we call a “gear acquisition syndrome” or GAS as our other photography enthusiasts would call it among ourselves in that forum. This GAS is where one wants to buy almost instantly any new lens, camera or photography accessory that comes out in the market. At one point it was really so tempting to avail of those loans being offered in hubby’s company. Plus there was also this retailer of cash advances and payday loans that I have found which does not require a credit check as long as you have a job and your very own bank account of course. Their process is really simple and you can get the money you need quickly not only for instant gear or gadget acquisitions perhaps but for other financial needs as well. Cute Spongebob Cookies

Posted under Food, Lil Boy

Aren’t these cute Spongebob cookies showing various expressions of the sea sponge character?

My son upon seeing these said out loud “Spongebob!!!”

I hope they taste delicious as well! This photo was shared by my friend over at Twitter this morning and I just wanted to share it to you and other readers as well. Such a creative and fun work of food and art I must say! The one who made these cookies must be a fan of Spongebob or probably has a child who loves Spongebob just like my little boy. I wonder if I can find these locally. It is fun to have these at kiddie parties and am sure moms, dads, and kids alike will like it!

Thankful Thursday

Posted under Thankful Thursday

It is a good time to say thanks with our heart’s delight to the Lord for it is Thankful Thursday once again:

  • I am thankful that the little boy is well again. No more cough and colds now only during mornings upon waking up.
  • I am thankful for the blessings in opportunities online pouring in from friends and through friends support.
  • I am thankful that hubby’s checkup so far with the specialist who happens to be the wife of our son’s pedia. I am praying the result of hubby’s xray is also negative as well and that the meds prescribed to him will cure his allergies (AR).
  • I am thankful that the little boy is learning things quite fast and he is doing well in school.
  • I am thankful to have found out that my classmate in HS is a mother of one of the kids who goes to the same school with my son. I now have someone to talk too while we wait for our son’s dismissal. That is when she is here in the city only.
  • I am thankful for my sister’s help and assistance with regards to our electric bill.
  • I am thankful for the opportunity to bond with the little boy in school with the mother-child activity tomorrow.
  • I am thankful for my parents support for me, hubby and the little boy at all times.
  • I am thankful forever for supportive and generous family, friends and blogger-friends!
